In late February the White Box team packed its bags and moved from the high-rise of Tower One Barangaroo to a more spacious office space at 478 George Street in the central CBD.

Our new office space so happens to be the EVENT Cinemas Headquarters, which, as data story tellers, prompted us to do a little digging into the industry to uncover some insights and maybe even encourage you to go checkout the latest release in your local cinema!

2020 was a crazy year for all of us…This simple dashboard showcases some of the impacts the Coronavirus had on revenues, the governments contribution to keeping the industry alive, and the movies that we all loved the most.
