This workshop has been developed and will be delivered working in conjunction with our Customer Engagement and Loyalty Marketing strategy partner Shortbread Consulting Services.
We’re here to make building customer love easy
Before each workshop we’ll work with your key stakeholder groups to prepare everyone to bring their best insights and ideas on the day.
On the day, we’ll document the ideas, discussion and outcomes, using a range of easily accessible workshop tools.
In the week following the workshops we’ll provide a high-level action plan and enable key members of your team to successfully implement these plans.
We’ve also included a team check in within 3 months of our sessions that can be used to review progress and adjust plans to drive more revenue.
Additional strategic planning requirements and time with the team will be quoted separately to the workshop fee, based on further support needed.

You can mix and match content from our workshop menu to suit your requirements and choose to split the workshops across a number of days:
Half Day Workshop
This is best when you’ve existing plans that simply need a C-19 tweak to drive growth. We’ll help you pick one challenge and recommend that you work with a small number of stakeholder groups to achieve the impact across the business.
Full Day Workshop
You’ll get the most from this format when you deep-dive into 1 or 2 priority customer engagement challenges.
Whether that’s completing plans for how to recruit, onboard and activate new customers or adjusting your retention, nurture and loyalty propositions.
A full day format allows a wider number of stakeholder groups to attend, driving impact across multiple areas of the business.
This format can be split across 2 days to accommodate busy schedules.
Two Day Workshop
On day 1, we’ll deep-dive into 1 or 2 priority customer engagement challenges.
Day 2 will have practical training and application of the ideas from Day 1 for different stakeholder groups. We can also include immersive customer sessions to test ideas and plans from day 1.
This format can be split across several days to accomodate busy schedules.
