What was wrong

A retail client wanted to appeal to their sales team’s competitive spirit with more open reporting, however leads and sales were in two different systems, making reporting siloed, sporadic and laden with manual effort.

What we did

We built join keys in Power BI to link their data sources and augmented it with public domain postcode information, so now they have an instant shareable view on competing locations, with a winner’s podium to boot.

Why it mattered

It delivered the transparent Power BI reporting the business was looking for, reducing time spent in compiling results and fostering healthy competition and revenue growth.
